WHITE PINES LAKE
THREE GARDENS
In this series, I painted on three copies of a photo of a front garden in my neighborhood. On each, I used a bright color that I think represents a prominent ethnic group that lives in our neighborhood.

THREE SERIES
This blog shows what I have been working on in the studio in the past two years.
NEIGHBORS' FRONT YARDS
These next four images are from an ongoing series called Front Yards. They are 20x24 acrylic paintings on canvas of views in my neighborhood.
OBJECTS OF INTEREST
The six images below are from an ongoing series called Objects of Interest. These are 11x14 photographs on which an object within the photograph is painted in acrylic.
THE PUBLIC IS PERSONAL
The last set is a selection of five 9x12 watercolors from a series called The Public Is Personal. This series portrays people in Plaza de Cesare Chavez
